Can you guys help me. I have a Dana 27 in my CJ3A, that I got out of a '69 CJ5. I think that there are shims that go behind the spindles to adjust bad camber, but how do you adjust the toe. I just noticed my tires are really worn. This used axle was put in this past year, and the tires are almost shot. I want to fix this asap. Can you give me a step by step guide to fixing both the camber and toe. Thanks. R.J.

Patrick: I am not a suspension guy, but from what I understand, if I put/remove shims between the spindle and the knuckle, I will be adjusting the camber (which is the angle of the tire from being perpendicular to the ground -- leaning out at the top is a positive camber), and then I can use the tie rods to adjust the toe, which is the tires pointed either in or out at each other. Thanks a bunch. R.J.
