Need to know the timing setting on my 68 CJ5

    What engine do you have, V6 or I4 ?
    If I4, 5° BTDC @ ~40° dwell.

    According to my Chilton's '64-'71 Auto manual for Jeep 225 V6:
    5° BTDC @ 30° dwell/0.016" point gap :)

    My manual shows 5 degrees btdc for delco distributor and 0 degrees btdc for prestolite distributor on the v6.....
