Now that I have "finished" most of the hard work, I am unhappy with the ride. I have a 2.5" rough country spring lift with 1.5" shackles. Reverse shackle up front. I bought hecklethorn shocks (gas) and my jeep rides like a tank. What springs/shocks do you guys use for a softer ride? I have a 7 pack front and rear. I don't want to remove any springs as I already rub the rear tire (33's) on the tub when crossing obstacles. I feel a trim job comming on soon.....I like the height it is now and would like to keep it there.
    Thanks in advance:beer:

Are the springs new? If so they may need to be flexed a little to loosen them up. I have a Skyjacker Soft Ride 4" lift. It only has 4 leaves at each spring. Rides like putting on a well worn pair of slippers.

They aren't new. Been flexed all over the place! I think I just have to many spring packs in them and will have to buy some like yours. Do you like the ride?

I had stock springs with old school Rancho 5000 series on my CJ when I bought it. I put BDS springs/shocks on it over the summer and it's unbelievable how nice it rides. I swear the ride is smoother/softer than my truck.
