I have one like it. I took it off my 71 Comando. I think they also came on early wagoneers and J series trucks.

So what are you gonna do with it? Wanna send it on down the line?

I've been in the process of restoring it. It has several cracks in it. You should be able to find a nice one on Ebay. I'll probably reuse mine, if it turns out okay.
    Good luck.

Eastwood has a complete kit for steering wheel restoration. It comes with PRE painting prep, epoxy and etching primer as well as instructions. I bought the kit for my 1950 Plymouth's wheel but there is enough to probably do 3 or 4 wheels depending on how big the cracks are. The part number is #52194. I haven't used it yet but I am getting close. :)
