Early CJ's Engine Data Decal

Hello Jeep Gurus,

I'm looking for a picture of the engine data decal located at the top of the radiator cowl on early CJ's. In my 1971 CJ-5, I do remember it was gry decla with black lettering including a round Jeep logo and a lot of text describing all the basic information about the F-134 engine like Dwell, Plugs Gap etc. My intentions is to try to replicate this decal to complement my jeep restoration project. Any help will be appreciated.
