I did some frame repair to fix the loose spring bushing. I needed to fix this because my front axle is walking back and forth when I'm driving. Even if I put a new bushing in the frame. It still was loose and the shackle would twist left and right. To fix this, I had to replace the sleeve that went through the frame. It took me most of the day. If I had a 1 1/8" drill bit I could of done it faster. One side down. One more to go.

Great work Scott!! You might have to lengthen your driveshaft too with the longer shackle. Now for some poly bushings.

Longer shackles? How did you know? I did get longer ones, only 1/4" longer then what I had before. And I've already modified the driveline years ago when the hole front suspension was lowered 3/4" to lever out the Jeep.;)

Strange that you would notice that. The new shackles are only 3 3/4" long. :?
