While taking everything apart for my head gasket replacement I noticed that one of my pushrods has a slight bow to it and is worn on the side where it is contacting the head, (probably the tapping noise I was hearing while it was running..) Question is:

Can I just replace one/all pushrods and be ok, or do I have to do lifters and rocker arms as well? Also; This is my Daily Driver, so can I run it with what it has while I am waiting for parts?

Should be ok to replace just the push rods I think. But you should use a "set" of push rods or take them all to a machine shop to have all four balanced. And I wouldn't drive it so you don't risk breaking the rod through the side of your engine block. Of course you'll need to replace the rod bearings at the same time too.

I would inspect all the push rods for wear.
I would replace only the ones that are bent or appear worn.
    They are stout units.
