If I missed this in my search I apologize for asking it again.
I'm wiring my jeep from scratch and everything went fine ( I'm using the Forum diagrams) until now.
I'm using a Spartan 900 switch that has six wires. I have read that seven wires are common but the article on "Stovebolt" shows only six. My problem is that when I turn the switch for either a left or right turn BOTH lights blink.
    What to do.
    Thanks,
    Tommy

Well, I found the problem--a short--and now have turn signals but no ememergency flashers.
The wiring diagram for a CJ5 V6 in the technical section shows a 4-way flasher switch.
Does anybody know where I can get one?

This switch has to have posts for three light wires and one hot wire. None of the flaps around here has thie type switch and I have not found one listed on any of the jeep parts websites. I have not tried our local boneyard but pickins there are pretty skinny.
If anyone knows a source I would appreciate the info.
