I found the fill hole for the t-case but the not for the tranny. I read somwhere that they share fluid, is that why it only has the 1 fill hole?

ive read that they do share some, but they still have sperate holes. Mine was about 7in toward the front from my trasnfer fill hole on the passenger side. It will take some looking, but it will be a square bolt

Trans has one too. The transmission is higher than the t-fer so you'll need to fill it.

I found it, just needed a flash light. Between the transfer case and the tranny I used almost 2 quarts. Seems like alot!

While the Chiltons manual certianly has "some" good info the factory service manual is the one you really want.Much more detailed information.
