I have a '75 CJ5 with a dash that has more holes than a swiss cheese. I would like to put a later model, like '76 up dash in it. Has anyone done this before? Can anyone give me any advice? I can't find anyone who sells 75 and older dashes anyway. Whay don't they make stuff for the older models??

I can get get you a 56-75 dash no problem. But all the dash's are the same except for the way the steering column mounts, the glove box, the way the windshield stays up, and a couple of other minor differences. Nothing you can't work out. But they will need a bit of modification to make them work.

But the older dash's (if I remember correctly) can still be bought as reproductions with no holes, holes for gauges, etc. I just don't remember where.
