Does anyone know what size the glass is on the CJ2A windshield, I look mine to the glass shop and had them use my old glass as a template. When I picked it up they had thrown the old glass away as it was broke. Now I am installing the glass in the frame and it seems way to small.
The parts list doesn't list a size. Walcks lists a seal kit but I had planed to just run a bead of silicone around it before installing in the frame. My glass is 12 1/2" by 22 5/8". It appears 1/2" to small all around . Any ideas ?

I would take the glass back to the shop along with your inner WS frame and ask them to re-do it so it fits. Since they threw away your old glass they can't say for sure that they cut it to the correct size...

I definately considered that, I guess I wanted to know they messed up before I asked them to eat the glass.

Well I called Carl @Walck's today and asked If he knew what size the glass was and guess what he said, " I don't know I just take the frame to the glass shop and let them cut it to fit ".
So I ordered a seal kit and will end up taking it to the glass shop for them to install . I just assumed it was something more I could do myself.
