Headers come out crooked

My headers (installed by PO) on the drivers side are going down hill for some reason. I just have headers and a muffler on it right now.
Is there a reason that the drivers side would be like this?
The motor mounts look fine..

 

There is a post not to long ago about this. I think it was caused by the motor mounts being off center. My cj had the same problem, well not really a problem. I ended up going back to stock manifolds so they would not leak.

 

i hate it! mine dip down on the driver's side more than the passanger side. i believe my entire drivetrain is to the left of dead center until the output on the tcase-as my driveshaft drops down and to the passanger side.

if anyone knows of a fix, i'd like to hear about it. i was planning on fixing it until a thread about this basically told me that they are all like this...lame.
