Looks good, Sammy. Most of my roll cage experience is from racing and those curves at the top of the front hoop would be frowned on without some sort of triangulation, but in this application should be fine. Just don't put in a big block Chevy and try to race the thing. ;)

The guy that built it builds them for race cars too, I fully trust him with this.
And not a BBC, I may go flathead ford! R)

You got any pics of the cage with the windshield up? Im guessing the bend before the 90 is for the inner windshield hinge dohikey...

Yep, unfortunately it's for the lollipops. I'm hearing about it from the local guys that it's unsafe, it's fine.
My hear hits the rear hoop when in the back seat, SHOOT! I guess I'll re work the rear covers and ditch almost all foam. maybe put some memory pad in there or something

While its not the "strongest" design it will be more than sufficent for what your planning on doing. Any way you look at it, its safer than having nothing at all ;) I like it btw....it hard to build a cage for a flattie and have it look "right" I'm on my 2nd in the same jeep and still not totally happy with it yet...maybe on the next go around :)

to be honest it looks drop dead sexy (as far as jeep stuff goes)
It is angled to match the windshield and it almost looks like an oldschool MB top. The only thing is it's 1-2" shorter because I can't figure out how to mount my top, and for the front spreaders I'd angle them out so my dome doesn't hit them... The rear seat doesn't bother me much, I don't need 2 kids back there anyway

    Well it's been a month!
I built a new rear seat, bought one PTO winch [IMG]
    and then another, haha!

The "modification" making a "several hundred dollar winch worth 50"
    Hitch for my pintle
    [IMG]
And I'll have to make a drive shaft for it

Built a DS for it, just need to re run my exhaust.
Also found a painter, goes to him next monday, he'll re do bondo and shoot the paint.
    And made a fairlead
The winch will get stripped down and painted at some point, the rest looked good, guts wise

    Yeah I saw that Joe!
That's what inspired me to re mount mine, I played around with putting it on the front bumper but I have no room and a totally different winch mount even though we have the same winch basically
