How can I find the firing order for my 68 CJ?

Where do I lubricate the front axle?

if you have the dana 27, remove the plugs (3 of them, 1 in each knuckle and the last in the diff cover) and fill with gear oil. i use 85w90 in the diff and 85w140 in the knuckles.

The right and left of a vehicle is always determined as you are sitting in the front seat. :)
