I will probably have to add a longer steering stop bolt in order to keep the lugs from the swampers catching on the leaf springs. I swear it got worse when I added the 4" hole to hole shackles. I know somebody here mentioned they were using wheel spacers. Does that put any extra strain on the axle and steering parts?

What size Swampers? I am running 34x9.5's and the rubbing F&R is inbearable, as well as the lack of turing radius.

I am going to add rear spacers and put in a D30 front, this will cure all of the rubbing, and give a greater turning radius.

The spidertrax spacers will not add any more strain then having offset wheels, make sure they are properly torqued and locktite them. I ran Spacers on my DD YJ for over 25k miles with NO issues. Never once loosened in the slightest.

FWIW I have YJ shackles, but never drove it with stock ones.

    Tires are 32x9.5 TSL's on 15x7 w/3.5 bs

I have two Dana 30's laying in the yard. But both would have to be regeared and rebuilt. I really like the 5.38 ratio. I wouldn't want to step down on that at all.

Im running 35x12.5 -15 mtrs on wagon wheels from a ford pickup. I think i had to put longer bolts in the limiters but the steering radious really isnt all that bad. I suspect it just takes some getting usto. If i were you id put the longer stops in and try that and if you dont like the radious then try other options
