Pitman arm compatibility

    Is it correct that the diameter of the hole for the output shaft of the PS box on the pitman arm is the same on 72 - 83 CJ.

    yes...but, manual pitman arm won't fit on power box and vica versa
    they are two different diameters

    both are 1.25" - are spline counts the same?

    unknown to me
    power steering shaft was always larger diameter than manual steering shaft.
    All I can remember...
