What should the torque be?

Today while looking under my JEEP I noticed one of my motor mount bolts was loose looking. Once I crawled under the seasoned girl I did see the bolt was loose. I took it out by hand :evil: and inspected the threads and the were ok. I put a bit of locktite on the bolt and tightened it. I checked the rest and all were just a little loose. My question is what should be the torque on the bolts? any help would be good. oh I used blue locktite because that is all I had.
