I got halfway through the first one when I found the second one. The Renegade was the first one and is actually now orange, too much sun in the picture makes the color look funny. This was the practice jeep. One year ago, the most I had ever done to a car was change the oil. I pulled a nasty 3 in body lift off, installed new shocks, springs with 2.5 in lift, MORE shackles, put the power steering back in with new box (actually steers straight now), replaced everything in the cooling system, new 33x12.5 BFG MT's with Kragar Rims, unf'd a bunch of stuff the PO did and painted the beast ORANGE. All thats left is fixing the electrical bugs. So now i have one to drive and one to work on.

The green one is a 1965 JEEP with very little rust on the frame and the tub. I am the third owner. Tub has a couple of small holes under the fuel tank and some bondo love on it, but really pretty solid. The hood is from another 1965 the owner let rust away to nothing. He actually had three, and two of them were so rusted out there was nothing left. All stock drivetrain-- F134, T90, D18 underneath. It has not run for two years but turns by hand.

Also wanted to say thanks to everybody on the forum. Most everything I have done has come from something I learned on here. So thanks....everyone have a
