Allright. I NOW have everything I need to put the :hurrican: back in Wimpy.

EXCEPT a new pilot bushing. Realized today that the old one was worn out pretty good. Spec is 0.628" i.d. and mine is 0.697"id and 1.061" od.(press fit)

I have one from another Flywheel, but its at 0.643" and 1.056"od.(spins in flywheel) I would call it close and press it in, except the o.d. is worn and it just fits in and can fall out. Doesn't sound like much, but its the difference between spinning free or being tight.

Anyone know what the OD of a new pilot bearing is supposed to be??

knurling or spiking the spare bushing work??

Whats the worst that can happen if I use the spare bushing that spins a little?

Other thing is anyone know if napa or carquest OR anyone else for that matter would have this sitting on a shelf somewhere? standard size or am I going to have to order it no matter what?
