I saw the pics of your roll bar braces and i got to looking at your jeep. did you make your own tire carrier? and do you have a full roll cage? If so maybe post some pics of how you did it.

 

Yes, I made my tire carrier. I bought the hinge from:

I basically tried to copy the Warn tire carrier setup. I bought the front hoop from a local 4x4 shop and had a real welder put it in. It was made by Smittybilt. It came with 2 spreader bars, but I had the welder add 2 more so I have 4 spreaders on top. I'll see if I have any good pics of the tire carrier. It kinda evolved over time, so I'm not sure I have pics of it during assembly.

 

The tire carrier hinge is well worth the money,I made mine from a 1000 pound 1" trailer spindle and hub and turned the flange off of the hub with the lathe.I came out with the same result with the same money and alot more time.

 

i made one like the warn one as far as the frame goes but the hinge is what i need to complete. Pics would be great! Thanks a lot.
