did they put the t90a1 in the v6 jeeps? if not i may have just messed up,its got one in it nowR) after putting one together out of two,and installing it i got to thinking about the input shaft, and as i recall the inline6 in trucks and wagons had the big shaft also:rofl: never even thought about the pilot bushing in a v6 being different than a inline6,it all buttoned up but was dificult going thru the pilotbushing

95% of the 225's I have done were with T90s behind them. I usually used a Novak Kit to do the install with the adaptor plate and Input shaft.

I recall reading somewhere that the T-86aa and the T-90 have a similar case.

Ran a T90 behind the dauntless for years. Bumped into the guy my dad bought the Jeep from this past year and he could still tell me the part # of the mainshaft he had to buy to do the swap....that would have been over 27 years ago..

well the t-90 is in and the transfer to match, getting the cross member to fit up was a pita but got it in also, just a few minor things left now, dont know what i am going to get into with the e brake, the transfer i used came out of a m38a1,so the e brake is different, hope all i have to do is swap them out might as well swap the spedo gears out while i am there, hope to take this jeep for a spin today, and if i am lucky my junkyard rebuild of a transmission will be ok

and yet another stumbling block, got everything sealed up toped off with gearoil, etc got ready to put the front drive shaft in and boom, the yoke on the transfer was bigger,12345678910,oh well !@#$%^&*()_+, this thing is gonna get ridden today, come hell or high water, even if it is a 2 wheeldrive model:rofl: so how hard to change the front output yoke on the transfer,i have the smaller yoke but i am not sure what transfer i have, think the one i put back in is the d18 it has the small hole that retains the rear transmission bearing, the one that came out of it has the big hole,d20 maybe? will the yokes interchange

:? Looking at it now. Must be on your end. That section of the page is just straight HTML, nothing about it changes or is software driven like the forum where the database can be flaky, etc.
