   how many roller bearings should I have in my T90?
   
   the ones on the upper shaft fell out when I accidently pulled the shaft apart when removing the transfer case. I have 14, am I missing any?

   14 is the correct number, but if I were you I'd be replacing them & every other bearing in there with new ones, + maybe 2nd gear. Have a look at my re-build pics I took as I worked my way through Rick Stiver's rebuild guide
