timing out of whack any easy fixes..

    i bought a used motor only to find that the timing is wayout, are there any easy fixes for this mess the motor runs but definately not right, help

    The first question is what motor. Is this an F-head or the V6?

    I just gave up for the time being on my V6 unfortunately :(
