Hey all, I know how everyone loves pics so I took some. I cleaned my frame and rear axle and painted them. Next is front axle and motor. I'm pretty happy about my driveway rattlecan job, paint always looks nice! R)

Nice! That's gotta suck, though, working outdoors in the gravel like that.

A-10 crew chief, huh? I'd love to watch one of those workin' out at a range!

Just using Krylon right now. If I had the money I'd get it sandblasted and painted but eh, just trying to get it going so I can have fun

It's funny that the A-10 was almost mothballed, now they can't live without them. I'm kinda surprised there hasn't been a comparable replacement developed, besides the Apache anyway.

WOW, a 390 in a jeep. I would bet you could get some huge $$$$ for that from the AMX guys. I am also a big fan of the A-10s. I did battle damage repair school at Davis Monthan in Tucson. Got to watch the A-10s. Awesome! I was also a 43191 AFSC. I think they have changed the designators now. I was in A/R shop, only did the Crew Chief work for 11 months. Worked the heavies, B-52s, B1Bs, KC135s, C17s, would have loved to play with the little ones.

Why how much money do you think I could get? And yeah the A-10s are awesome. I'm in the ANG and was down at DM early 2004.

I don't know if anyone is still reading this but since I took the pics before I have painted the motor AMC blue and installed a new HEI distributor. With that in the motor finally started up so now I can start on the tub!!! :) Wish it wasn't raining outside though

Got the tub on, with a little hacking since the holes didn't line up, don't know why. All I need now is just to finish bleeding the brakes, dial in the carb, get new tires and we're off!!! R)
