Turn Signal Wiring

I had my wiring professionally done 5 months ago. In this, the wiring harness was completely replaced along with the dimmer switch and turn signal switch. Today I was driving and noticed that my turn signals are not blinking. When the turn indicator is flipped, the turn signal turns on and stays lit until I turn it off.
Could this be a faulty turn signal switch? Or is there another common problem that needs to be addressed.

Replace the flasher

 

Where can I get a flasher? Is this the technical name or is there something else I can look it up under?

 

It is the round silver thing on the fuse block or wired inline under the dash. Available at ant parts store.
