on the road again.... or better yet, off the road again ; )

this week... a buddy and i replaced the gears in the rear axle, i made a winch plate and installed the winch that's been decorating my garage for a month, new brake lines, plugs/wires, fuel filter, tuned the pro-jection (running good for now) and even got some work done on the '52. :twisted:

 

took my son out to test the winch and give him a class on operating/safety... could not resist an updated poser shot

Did you build the tube fenders or buy them???

Nice shot. Looks like your suspension works great. Are your front shock mounts after market or did you build them?

no i still have them, did you want them back ...i was winching up a hill last memorial day and had the windshield down, the passenger side light rubbed against a tree, the light broke and put a small dent in the hood. i just have not bought replacement lights yet. the jeep looks great with lights mounted in that location with those brackets but they are tree magnets. R)
