Well, now that I passed my FAA written exam, I have a little more time to tinker with the Jeep. Bought one of those Summit Mojave heaters and pulled the dash off. I started fiddle'n around with placement and think that I have it worked out. My only problem now is trying to route the heater hoses as to not kink them. This is proving to be the challenging part. I can route them, but I don't want an extra 35' feet of hose under the dash. So I got to thinking, can I use either PVC plumbing fittings or maybe copper elbows to make the corners? I thought I saw some pictures on here one day that showed some behind the dash heater installations. Maybe that was somewhere else. I dunno. Anyway, are their any alternatives to PVC or copper? Has anyone invented sometype of high-flex heater hose the doesn't kink?

    Suggestions?

I would think copper elbows would be OK, as long as there is flexible hose on each side of the elbow or section. I know copper can't take the stress of being in a fixed mount in a vehicle, but just a floating elbow/section would be OK AFAIK.... can't see why not! :)
