I have a T15a transmission that has the advance adapter plate for a smallblock chev bellhousing - It had a dana 20 transfer case attached - Can I bolt up my small hole dana 18 to this transmission ?
    Thanks.

If your T-15 is like my T-14, the small hole case will not fit; there is a machined raised ring on the back of the transmission that the t-case is centered on. You need the 4" hole in order to slide over the ring. If the back of the trans if flat, then it should be just as Tim said. Check with your local machine shop; a guy right up the street from me told me he could (very easily) use his cylinder boring machine to enlarge the hole to make it a big hole case.

That is what I thought - I haven't seen the T15 trans yet, but I suspected that would be the case.
I may have a dana 18 large hole case I can swap the guts over, or possibly retro fit a dana 20 case as a dana 18.....
