Wiring my 2a and trying to figure out how the after market turn signal harness works. I see the in jegs and such but there like 122 bucks. Looks like they use 4 relays and a flasher. I just cant figure it out though. Hoping someone here has made their own. Anyone? Thanks.

What is the brand of the turn signal unit (switch) you have? I made a harness for my Spartan unit - but I think it is considered stock for the early CJ5. There is also some good info on the Spartan out there - I'd be happy to post a link, etc. if that's the one you have. Otherwise, perhaps someone else can help.

Dude, this is an excellent article and well written. Anyone should be able to wire the signals after reading it.

i have wired 3 or 4 turn signal setups. there really pretty easy. you can use an ohm meter to figure out whats going on with the wiring.
