only thing about that is my front clip leans to the drivers side, thats how I have it temp mocked up right now. I was going to bolt down the other mounts and have rubber bushings in them so it levels the front out again. The whole body has been raised up with 1" rubber bushings.

Woudn't the radiator in mounts welded to the frame flex more with the frame and crack it, rather then having it on the grill where the frame can flex independently of the radiator? My buddy (jeepaholic) is going to run over to where I have my flatty and take some measurements as well, I will post what he comes up with in here as well for search reasons.

I used radiator from 78 monza v6. Fits fine, just have to fabricate mounts. I tried the mustang radiator, fit good, easy mount fabrication, but the bottom outlet was to close to front housing center. Maybe a relocation of that outlet.

Even with the old grill mounted radiators you will find cracked flanges. Rubber isolated radiator mounting helps combating frame flex. My cross flow radiator is setting on rubber in a tray. The 1x1 upright tubes are for top mounts that hold it in the tray. It is sort of floating. I think the whole idea is to let there be some movement and minimize binding.

Holy crap, went to the radiator shop, a full blown custom unit was $335, and I can get a modified sunbird IIRC unit that will work for 160... I think I am going the latter... copper prices through the roof is hurting they said (I knew that from my line of work to be true) I just have to measure the grill in the chassis and I may go that route... Monza and mustang radiators are just as much and look like more modification. Wish an OEM one would work and was cheap R)
