Donor car wireing?

    I have a 77 buick skyhawk.
    And I am woundering has anyone pulled a wireing harness out like this and put it in your jeep.

    What pros and cons are there.?

    For $165 bux you can have a brand spanking new harness with labelled wires....

    More trouble than it is worth IMHO. There is prolly a huge bulkhead connector in the firewall that will involve hacking a hole in the Jeep's firewall, as well as a bunch of circuits that you either don't need, or are routed to areas other than where you need them in the Jeep. Then there is the issue of tryin gto decipher the factory diagrams, which even with a FSM from the Buick can be challenging to say the least.

    Honestly, the $120 i spent for the EZ-Wire Mini-12 was one of the best investments I've made in my whole Jeep. You can wire the whole Jeep in one nice day and have a first-class job when you're done. Money well spent IMHO.

    I second the EZ wiring harness. Takes a little bit of thinking, but well worth the $$$.
