ross steering bushing replace

    hi again,
    just to ask,i just receive a rebuilt kit from krage for my ross box.i want to replace the bushings.there is a inner and outer.easy to replace the inner.but the outer how?hit it to get out and then hit again the new?its copper asnd i dont want to make damage.heat it??and i know that its easy to get it off.how to fit the new one?

    I had to press mine and ream to fit......HTH

    so,i have to buy a reamer?
    for the press?hand pressing?with wood and hammer?

    Just take it to a machine shop. They can do it all, it'll be cheaper and less aggravating in the long run. You DON'T want to buy a reamer! $$$$
