If it's mainly a key issue, a locksmith can make you new keys, even without originals. I was in the same boat and they made mine.

Don't know on the window parts...

I'd suggest you take the doors apart. You may be able to fix the window mech without parts.

I had a hard top like that on my 73 cj5. I work on semi trucks for a living and found the window crank handle to be identical to a Kenworth, like a 1986 T-600 KW. The regulator, the thing that lifts the window up and down, also looked just like a Kenworth or Peterbuilt regulator. It is a chain on some sprockets. Quite simple. Like TMGR says, take it apart, inspect, lube, you might be able to get it to work without parts. If not you might be able to buy the parts new at the truck dealer or go to a heavy truck wrecking lot and compare your parts to their parts. I think the regulators new are a little over a $100. Cheap for company trucks, but expensive for Jeeps!

I don't remember what they charged, it was about 12 years ago. I do remember it was pretty reasonable. I took a door to their shop and he found a key that would slide into the lock. He then would wiggle the key in the lock, take it out and file on it a bit, and then kept repeating until he had a key that worked perfect. Really didn't take him that long. I think it is quite a bit cheaper if you take it to them rather than having them come out to you.
