if you have lower hinges that bolt to the cowl, then at the bare minimum you would need, in my opinion:
    w/s frame-bare
both upper hinges- to mount frame to lower hinges
    clamps- to hold to dash
that gets you the basic frame without everything else listed
    clear as mud ?

Those upper w/s hinges don't go bad. If you can find an old frame that has them, and you don't care what happens to the frame, then a cutoff wheel and some cursing will get you two for free?

They are about 10 inches long and are inserted up into the windshield frame and bolted in. They can be tough to get out because of years of rust and corruption, but if you don't care about saving the frame, then it gets easier.

If you end up doing this, try to get a picture of what the upper hinge looks like so that you won't accidently cut a piece of it off.

It is sorta like an iceberg. Only 10% of the upper hinge actually shows....
