I'm putting a new clutch on my 57 CJ5. I've taken the old friction plate out and can't remember how the new one goes in!

Does the part of the clutch disc hub that sticks out from the disc go in towards the flywheel or out towards the pressure plate?

If this is the clutch friction plate.... R)
