"Dome" Light stays on... Is this normal?

    My “Dome” light under the dash is always on when the lights are on. However, the down lights from the rear view mirror work normal or at least as expected, they come one when I turn the headlight knob all the way to the right. Where is the wiring sequence we this go wrong?
