I guess that I need to run the adjusters out kinda snug on the drums?? Is that clip/winged thing susposed to be an self adjuster? I hope that I have all the air out of the lines it takes a pump to get it to start stopping. I think I will try the adjusters. Any other Ideas??

If you have self adjusters, you need to back up and jam on the brakes to activate them. Do this several times and they should tighten up.

I agree, however the initial(or if you think you are having adjuster problems) adjustment should be made on the jack stands. Adjust the brakes till they are tight, then back them off till they lightly scrape when the drum is rotated. They should be difficult to back off, with the adjusting arm fouling the adjuster. If this is not the case, then an inspection is in order. Then back the rig up applying the brakes to allow the adjusters to take up any unsued slack. If they ar not self adjusting, then the above sequence for adjusting still applies only witout the backing up part.
