Just picked the Jeep up from the alignment shop and here are the results:

    Front: Left camber 1.10
    Right camber 1.40

    Left caster .90
    Right caster .70

    L and R toe .04

    Rear: L camber .00
    R camber -.30

    L toe -.15
    R toe -.12

Steering and tracking is drastically improved. I think I'll add some 4* shims to correct the caster and then see how it does.

Had mine aligned a few weeks age, 1.6* & 1.1* caster. Using the alignment printout, it appears tolerance range is 2* to 4*. My TSM says it is factory preset was @ 3*. Can anyone explain how it goes from 3* factory (NO ADJUSTMENT POSSIBLE) to 1.1 & 1.6*? Will normal spring wear effect the caster setting?

The reason I ask is that I just today ordered new springs. Should I install 4* shims when I put on the springs, or should I install without shims, do an alignment, then buy the appropriate shim, take it appart, install & pay to align again?:? :? :?

Also noted the Camber is way off. My printout shows .1 & .1. The spec says 1.0 to 2.0. Whats up with that? No camber adjustment is possible. Toe is the only parameter that is green after alignment. (By the way, it does drive better)

    Enquiring minds want to know!:toetap:

I have a D30 in front so thats why I need between 4-6* caster. I would install the springs, get an alignment, and then install the appropriate shim. You should not need to re-align after that.

As for the camber check your kingpin and wheel bearings.
