What color is this Dash Pad?

    The dash on the top is on my original slate blue interior 83 CJ5.

    The previous owner of the bottom dash said he has an original Levi blue CJ and the bottom dash is not Levi blue.

    What color blue is the bottom dash?

    top looks like the regular black vinyl to me and the lower one looks like Blue Levi.
