warn one dot hub ?

    (thought I'd try this again. Having trouble with my photo host site. I hope photo shows this time.)
    I have a spare hub that has only one dot on the face. Most hubs I've seen have two dots. One at free position and one at lock. Does one dot mean it was an early production model.
