Does anyone know where I can get the floor mounted rear seat brackets for a 74?

You mean the brackets on the floor or on the seat? The floor brackets are very simple - just flat bar stock with 3 holes, bent up in the middle so that the seat bracket will slide under. A shop could make them for you, or someplace like J&W in CA would probably have them.

If you mean the ones on the seat, they'd probably have to come with the seat.

Yeah I was talking about the floor brackets. I thought thats all they were. It looks like there is a quick release mechanism attached to the rear mounts. So seat slides under and back to lock in place and forward and up while simultaneously pulling up on the release mechanisms in the rear to come out. I think I will call JW.

Yes, the catch isn't fancy - just an L-shaped piece of round stock, a spring, one or two washers, and a pin (cotter key?) that goes through a hole in the bottom leg of the L. Pull up on the top leg of the L and the pin pushes on the washer which compresses the spring, release and the L snaps down into the center hole in the floor bracket.
