Cadillac/GM Steering Column Wiring Diagram?

    Hey all,

    Well...started in on the wiring harness last week...and am having some trouble with the Turn Signals on the Column. I swapped in a Cadiallac Tilt/Telescoping column in when I did the saginaw swap...and now I'm trying to wire up the turn signals. I got the ignition part working...but was wondering if anyone had a Cadiallac Steering column (late '70's) wiring diagram.....or I suppose a GM diagram would probably be the same...

    I've tried searching some old posts...but most lead me to some broken links...

    Hooray! Got turn signals working! Thanks again for the link, Lynn.

    One other thing that would have been helpful on this diagram...is to show where the current flows. With my harness, had constant 12V + coming into the Hazzard flasher wire....ignition 12V + coming in on the Turn Flasher.....then depending on what position the turn signal was directed....had 12V + coming out The front/rear right or front/rear left turn wire.

    At first...my test was unsuccessful....then I remembered/realized that i had to have both the rear and front lights connected or the lights wouldn't work.

    One other thing I noticed....when testing the wires at the rear and front with a multimeter.....I'm only getting a little over 8 volts coming to the front/rear turn signal wire. Is this normal?
