I just cleaned and relubed my vacuum wiper motors and they work fine. Now I want to run new vacuum lines to them but I am not sure how the lines are configured since we tossed them out during the restoration. I know there are 2 connections on the fuel pump - one vac and the other pressure. I have 2 questions
    1) Does the vacuum for the wipers come from only from the fuel pump and not the engine intake?
    2) Where does the pressure line on the fuel pump go to?

Excellent link above, for an explanation.

A short answer is that the engine vacuum passes "through" the vacuum pump. This supplements the engine vacuum at open throttle, etc. The "pressure" side of the pump is plumbed to manifold vacuum.
