15" wheels? 16" wheels?

    my 59' came with 15" wheels and my 1960 had 16"s on it i was wondering what year they changed over or were 16" wheels just an option you could get if you wanted it

    My manual states ruffly that:
    V6 cjs had 15 x 6.00
    F4 cjs had 16 x 4.50
    Djs had 15 x 5.50
    Note PSI ranges from 20 to 24 LBs for the old tires!

    15 inch wheels where an option on early CJ5's.
