I am installing a new body on my 73 CJ-5. I don't have my old metal body to get the measurements for all the holes. does anyone have the measurements or a drawing of the locations and sizes of the holes?

Which holes? I think if you get the body set on the frame you can center it out, get it straight and pick holes up from the frame. On the inside, put the dash on and start with the dash and pedals. I think they will give you the locations for brake and clutch stuff. Wiring groumet should be fine anywhere out of the way. Heater is going to be a bit harder, would sure be nice if you could find someone elses body and make a template of cardboard from theirs. I have to figure out some more holes on mine, and I have a huge fear of cutting the fiberglass. I do have a big can of fiberglass for mistakes tho ;D

Thanks, I have the body on the frame. that wasn't the problem. i am looking for the location of the rear tail lights( brake, backup) and the filler neck. On the fire wall I am looking for the heater and steering shaft holes.

I used the old body as a pattern and made cardboard and paper templates to transfer the locations.

Where are located at? There may be someone near that will let you make a template off of their jeep.

Is there a local U-Pull-It yard that may have one that you could take some measurements from?
Just head in with a notebook, a tape measure and a pencil. Or even a big sheet of paper folded up to make the template from
