t150 tranny problem..

Today i have been having trouble with my 3spd T150. Seems like when i shift from second to third it doesnt just slide in, it grinds going in a little bit. Also when in neutral sometimes it sounds like the gears are barely rubbing one another like the clutch isnt all the way depressed but i have tried adjustuing the clutch a small amount with no luck. Also it doesnt want to down shift into 1st unless at a dead stop, but this is intermittent.

I hope this enough description, if not i can drive it a little a tell more.
