Tranny Problems Need Some Advice

I was cruising off road when the shifter come out of the transmission!! I took the plate off from the shifter and noticed the bowl like object that screws down on it came unscrewed. also one of the pins came out. i was lucky to find it. anyways i put the shifter back in along with the pin and screwed the bowl down but now im stuck in reverse and it wont come out?? any ideas on maybe what i can do or ideas of what is happening?

I have fixed the tranny i appreciate you being interested. It was just stuck between gears so therefore i just pulled the top plate off and move the synchro back and just push the gear forward and it was fixed
