I am planning on using my T90 and D18 from my flattie on my 70 CJ5. I know that I need a longer input shaft, it's on the way. What about the driveshafts? I have not measured yet, just wondering if anybody did this. Do I use the T14's adapter to mate with the Dauntless bellhousing? Sorry if this has been asked before.....

I don't know how long it is, but I have one that came off of a 1969 CJ5. I also have a T14 adapter and an input shaft.

Send me an email if you are interested.

I just bought another CJ5 that I think is about a 1970. I need to look up the vin number to make sure. I can check the driveshaft length in a few days if you want.

The only way to deal with this is to measure IMO. Put the whole shebang together and measure the length... unless somebody here happens to have these numbers in their notes. Do you have the plate adapter for the T-90?

The T14 and T90 adapters have different bolt patterns. I have a spare T90 to V6 adapter I would let go for pretty cheap if you need it (if it was not included when you bought the longer input shaft).
