    I assume the screws were meant originally to keep the drum perfectly centered. The three tapered screw heads would do just that. :hurrican:

    Well I bent the crap outta the old drums, but they're free!

    Basically ended up setting the drum on the ground, putting a piece of 2x6 on the hub, and wacking it repeatedly with a sledghammer. The suckers were ON THERE. Turned that piece of wood into a 1x6 by the time I was done! R) R) But they're free and cleaned up now...
