Does anyone know of a source to get the hoses from the fuel filler neck to the tank tank. Mine are leaking and need to be replaced.

    Thanks,

Other than finding a good used one on Ebay or someone selling used parts no source for the actual pre-formed hoses. A lot of guys will use exhaust pipe of the right diameter bent to shape where needed and use the good parts of the original to piece one together. There are places that have fuel grade hose available in different diameters. Not sure who it was that carries it, might be NAPA. Someone else might be able to point you in the right direction on that. It does have to be fuel grade hose, heater and rad hose just don't cut it for very long, it starts to degrade after a while.

Usual sources for the large diameter fuel hose are marine hardware or big truck supplies. You want fuel filler hose. It's straight and very stiff... the best strategy IMO is to replace the curves with metal bent to the right shape (as Pack Rat suggested) and connect with short lengths of fuel filler hose.

(says "extremely flexible", but that depends on their definition).

You need to find a store that will sell it to you by the foot. Full lengths are expensive. Summit sells the full lengths, for price reference.

Try McMaster Carr, they have some different diameter fuel hose. Also Marine Supply houses.

Aviation supply houses have fuel tank sealer that can be applied to the leaking hoses that will seal the leaks. I used some on my 67 10 years ago and have not had a problem since. I think I bought my sealer from Aircraft Spruce in Atlanta GA. Been used on leaking aircraft for years.
